Boskalis wins € 90 million worth of contracts in Nigeria
Papendrecht - Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. has recently been awarded a number of contracts in Nigeria with a total value of approximately € 90 million.  The largest contract was awarded by Prodeco International Limited and involves dredging and reclamation works for the expansion of the Federal Lighter Terminal and the Federal Ocean Terminal in Onne Port, which is managed by Intels Nigeria Limited, a large logistic service supplier to the oil and gas industry.

Bahrain starts work on $2.26m road project
(tradearabia) Bahrain Ministry of Works said it has started work on a new road project in Juffair area of the Kingdom at a cost of BD 853,600 ($2.26 million). The work on the 12.3 km road on Juffair block 324 involves land reclamation from the sea and rock armor slope protection for avenue 22, said Raed Al-Salah, director of Roads Projects and Maintenance.

Malaysia - Inai Kiara Sdn Bhd, a local company involved in the sand dredging business, Wednesday launched a dredging vessel it built on its own, Inai Ixora, to cater to changes and competition in the dredging business regionally and internationally. Its Executive Chairman, Datuk Gulzar Mohamad Noor Mohamed said his colleagues in the industry had added on new vessels in line with changes in the regulations for bidding dredging tenders.

CHEC signed the Contract on the Dredging Project in Angola

CHEC reports that it has signed a contract with sonangol recently on the dredging project of a refinery factory in Angola Oil Company. The value of the contract is USD 60.89 million with a duration period of 17 months. It is estimated that the quantities of the dredging project will reach up to 920,000 cubic meters.
